Refunds are available for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that your request meets the following conditions based on the type of product purchased:

Digital Downloads

Refunds for digital downloads are applicable if the product has a fatal error or bug that renders it unusable.

Membership

Refunds for membership purchases are applicable if the product has a bug or if we have failed to fulfill the promised perks.

Merchandise

Refunds for merchandise are applicable if the product is in an unacceptable state, such as being broken or of low quality. To process the refund, the merchandise must be packed and shipped back to the following address:

Note: The refund process may take up to 14 days before the payment processor returns the funds to your account.
